ADVANCED RIDERS, 

performing advanced maneuvers mostly at the GALLOP and carrying flags. 

 All Palomino Horses; no gaited horses and no draft crosses.

Practice every Monday night year round.

INTERMEDIATE RIDERS, 

performing complex maneuvers mostly at the LOPE often carrying flags.

Horses of all colors; no gaited horses and no draft crosses.

Practice every Sunday night year round.

NOVICE RIDERS, 

performing mostly at the TROT - Horses of all colors; no gaited horses and no draft crosses.

Practice every Sunday afternoon year-round.

The Sacramento Sheriff’s Posse precision mounted drill team and to welcome horses of all colors and riders of all levels.

We welcome novice drill riders 

with open arms.

The Sacramento Sheriff's ALARM! Team is comprised of riders and horses who are all brand new to the sport of precision mounted drill.
